Before the traction seat leaves the factory, the fit clearance between the locking hook and the traction pin shall meet the standard. After the mileage, the locking hook and traction pin will wear normally. At this time, use the adjusting screw to adjust the clearance. The adjustment method is: loosen the fastening nut of the adjusting screw, and turn the adjusting screw outward according to the gap size to eliminate the gap. When the operating lever is pulled, the locking hook and locking bolt will automatically open and return. When the nut is tightened, it can be re tightened and put into use. Due to the "one main multi hook" transportation mode, semi trailer trains often need to be separated, and the wear ring and locking hook are inevitably worn. When the size of wear ring a is ≤ 30.5 ram and the size of locking hook is 6 ≤ 17.5, the ram, wear ring and shackle need to be replaced.

The way to replace the wear ring is to remove the three hexagon socket head bolts in situ and use a screwdriver to pry up the chamfered side of the wear ring opening to remove the wear ring. Install a new wear ring on the original vehicle. The method to replace the locking hook is: after removing the wear ring, screw on the M12 bolt on the locking hook pin, pull out the locking hook pin, remove the spring, take out the locking hook, replace the locking hook, and adjust the screw to recover.

The installation and use of the traction pin depends on the installation form. The specifications of the traction pin are 2 inches (50) and 3.5 inches (90).

Assemble the traction pin The traction pin is composed of a tray, a traction pin and 8 self-locking bolts. According to the thickness of sliding plate, there are three types of assembled traction pins: 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. Welding traction pin is used to weld the pallet to the sliding plate of semi-trailer.

When the assembled traction pin is worn or accidentally damaged, it must be replaced: remove 8 self-locking bolts (self-locking bolts are disposable), tighten the new traction pin with 8 self-locking bolts, and tighten the torque. 130Nm tray is suitable for 2-inch and 3.5-inch (q, 88.9ram) pull pin interchange.

The welding traction pin is directly welded to the sliding plate of the semi-trailer, and the traction pin cannot be replaced. The traction pin is made of 20CrMnTi and its surface is carburized and quenched to improve the surface wear resistance. According to the thickness of the sliding plate, there are three types of welded traction pins: 8mm, 10mm and 12mm.
