What problems should be paid attention to when connecting the vehicle?
When connecting the tractor head with the trailer, pay attention to adjusting the height of the trailer outrigger, and ensure that the plane under the trailer drawbar is lower than the plane of the saddle type traction seat. What problems should be noted when connecting the traction seat to the vehicle? Let's take a look.
1. When the tractor head reverses, the tractor shall be aligned as far as possible to ensure that the center lines of the tractor and semi-trailer are consistent. Generally, the horizontal offset of the two center lines shall not exceed 4 cm. The included angle between the two center lines shall be within 5 ° for full load and 7 ° for empty load.
2. After the coupling of the tractor head and trailer, it is necessary to check the vehicle coupling by moving forward, backward and S-shaped. If the fitting clearance between the trailer traction pin and the saddle lock hook is too large, the clearance should be adjusted by the adjusting rod at the side of the saddle to ensure that the clearance is not loose
3. When the main trailer is separated, attention shall be paid to ensuring that the ground is flat and non sloping. If the main trailer is separated for a long time, the wheels of the trailer shall be wedged to prevent the semi-trailer from slipping. Extend the outriggers until the load is transferred from the tractor to the outriggers. The outrigger shall not be extended too long, or the semi-trailer will be jacked up from the saddle. Be careful that the saddle is wedged and cannot be separated.
When connecting vehicles, everyone should pay attention to the above three precautions, and correctly connect vehicles to ensure that no damage will be caused to the saddle traction seat.
