In addition to completing the relevant items of single axle traction seat, the following points shall also be paid attention to during the inspection and maintenance of double axle traction seat:
1. Check the overall horizontal and vertical axes. In case of severe deformation and wear, the surface shall be treated to the required size for repair or replacement of new parts, so as to ensure that the traction seat can swing horizontally and vertically flexibly, and the matching clearance meets the standard.
2. Check the horizontal swing angle and buffer devices on both sides. If the horizontal swing angle is too large, adjust it through wedges on both sides. If the buffer spring or rubber block is aged, replace it with a new one.
