Wear rings are installed above the locking hook and in the center of the traction seat plate, which can be replaced after wear, so as to improve the service life of the whole traction seat. Traction state: a closed circle formed by the locking hook and wear ring is used to lock the traction pin. The wedge bar wedges the locking hook so that it cannot rotate around the pin. The wedge bar is operated by the bar and slides in the guide hole of the fifth wheel plate. Two sets of devices are used to prevent accidental disengagement of the locking hook due to wedge rod sliding during driving:

One is to install double springs at the front end of the control lever to make it in the wedge position. When one spring fails, the other spring still works;

Second, there is a safety hole at the rear end of the control lever, and a safety lock is used to avoid accidental decoupling. After parking, the driver pulls out the safety lock, pulls the lever outward, drives the wedge bar to leave the hook lock through the lever, the locking hook rotates clockwise under the action of the spring, and the wedge bar rotates counterclockwise to open the hook lock. At this time, the tractor can be driven forward to make the traction seat leave the traction pin and reach the disengagement state; When the tractor reverses, the traction pin strikes the locking hook, which overcomes the effect of the spring and pushes the wedge bar to rotate counterclockwise to lock the traction pin; At the same time, the spring pulls the lever, pushes the wedge lever through the lever, wedges the locking hook, and then inserts the safety lock pin to fix the lever to complete the hook process.
