1. During the first level maintenance, check the wear of all parts of the traction seat, especially the traction pin, traction pin plate, semi horizontal shaft and other parts, and lubricate these parts; Tighten the screws of the support base and replace them if necessary; Adjust the clearance between the locking hook and the towing pin.  

2. When disassembling the traction seat for inspection, pay attention to check whether the traction seat body has cracks and severe wear. If cracks or serious wear occur, the traction seat becomes thinner or deformed, replace with new parts; Check the lock hole and test whether the traction pin is suitable. If the wear exceeds the limit and the fit clearance is large, it can be repaired to the required size by surfacing and machining, or replace the lock hook, lock block and wear ring for repair; Check the fit clearance between the support and the body. If the fit is loose, replace the rubber elastic bushing, and both sides should be replaced together; Check the locking mechanism. The separation and connection should be smooth and clear. The safety device should be stable and reliable. Check the safety mechanism. If the spring elasticity is weakened, replace it with a new part.
